Event Details

Some masks are worn by children while they plead for candy on Halloween. Some wear masks to obscure their identity while they party on Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras. And, others wear masks as they cut the ropes holding up a chandelier in hopes of securing an opera singer’s love and attention.

AIGA SF will celebrate design, mystery and fun with our Fall Gala: Mask Appeal. The Gala will feature custom-designed masks for auction and our guests will be requested to wear a mask, or they can create one on-site.

Not only is the Gala an opportunity for the design community to come together and appreciate our creative spirit, but it is also a special evening for our sponsorship partners. The event typically attracts 700 attendees.

The Gala will feature a raffle for prizes, ranging from posters, restaurant vouchers and magazine subscriptions to a copy of Adobe CS5.5. We are currently accepting donations for the raffle.

Every year our Event Sponsor and Exhibitor Tables sell out quickly so if you are considering supporting us this year, please let us know by October 14, 2011. Depending on available space, sponsors may sign up together to share the cost of a table. We will provide tables and cloths; we regret that we cannot accommodate backdrops or booths. Sponsors who sign up early will also be included in all of our advance publicity.

AIGA SF is a 501-c-3 non-profit organization, which makes sponsorship commitments tax deductible.
